As an Integrative Nutrition Coach, I look at the human body as the sum of many parts. My job is to identify the areas that are lacking attention and thus causing discomfort or ‘dis’ease. An unknown food sensitivity or too much time spent sitting behind a computer can have a domino effect on your entire well being. By treating you as a whole person, nourishing your body with whole foods, removing toxins and even managing stress – we are taking care of the underlying causes of weight-gain, fatigue, inflammation and hormonal imbalances.
I work with my clients to guide, support and educate them on nutrition and simple lifestyle changes that can assist in attaining your ‘true’ or optimal health. In doing so, we create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. I don’t believe in diets so my approach is to discover what works best for you and your body at this point in your life. We will make gradual, individualized, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
