We recently invited our community to a \u201cSpread the Love<\/a>\u201d challenge and we were overwhelmed with the response! For a chance to win a year of our Mastery Program, we asked our students to upload reviews of the <\/span>Become a Health Coach<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/span> program to YouTube.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re so excited today to introduce you to our winner and BHC grad, Libbie Lewis!<\/b> \u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Libbie is a graduate of our\u00a0<\/span>BHC February 2018<\/span> class. She\u2019s <\/span>working toward building a practice where she can help women quit dieting and start living again. To learn more about Libbie, read her Q&A below! <\/span>
Tell us a little about yourself, Libbie!<\/b>
I live in Tallahassee, FL with my husband of one year. When I started BHC we had been married one month, and I was studying for my Masters in music performance at Florida State University. I continue to play with three professional orchestras in the area. I still don\u2019t know what kind of coach I am! I\u2019m still so green (I have had one paying client so far) so I\u2019m still figuring it out! I have a passion to help women QUIT dieting and start living again, so that is what I\u2019ve been thinking to start with. <\/span><\/em>
When did your journey with HCI start and what has been your favorite part?<\/b>
My journey with HCI started almost exactly a year ago. I have loved all the support, holy cow! There are so many resources, so many opportunities for growth and I love that. I love that, even though I don\u2019t personally have a coach (yet), I FEEL like I do. I\u2019ve felt supported, loved, and <\/span>stretched. <\/span>I\u2019m going outside of my comfort zone, continually, from the inspiration I get from every platform that HCI uses: the website itself, the Facebook page, YouTube videos, emails, the list goes on.<\/span><\/em>
Is your coaching business up and running?<\/b>
I am in the <\/span>very<\/strong> starting stages. I have one client, I just took the leap and made a business Facebook page, and have been giving a free ladies\u2019 health class to the women at my church. It is scary and <\/span>hard<\/span> but so rewarding. HCI continues to inspire me to not quit, even when I\u2019m uncomfortable.<\/span><\/em>
Why did you want to win the Mastery Program?<\/b>
I <\/span>so<\/strong> wanted to continue on to the Mastery Program. It\u2019s written in my planner as one of my goals for 2019! I had no idea how it would be possible for my husband and me, so when I saw the review challenge I said \u201cYES! I am entering.\u201d I want to be more confident in my coaching skills. I <\/span>love<\/span><\/em> to learn. I want to create a lifestyle that I am passionate about, that gives me freedom, that lights me up. Health Coaching<\/span> does and can do that for me. And Mastery was, to me, an obvious investment.<\/em> <\/span>
What do you hope to get out of the Mastery Program? <\/b>
I hope to become more assured in my skills as a coach. I want to be stretched. I want growth. I want to learn more about the craft that I have chosen to call my career, calling, and business. <\/span><\/em>
Where do you hope to be in a year\u2019s time? <\/b>
In a year\u2019s time, I hope to have multiple 1-1 clients. I hope to have a waitlist for group sessions that I run, and I want to have a bigger following on my Health Coaching<\/span> Facebook Page! Right now those things are scary, exciting, and can sometimes seem impossible. But looking back over my year with HCI, I\u2019ve come farther than I could imagine, and I can\u2019t wait to see where Mastery takes me in the next year. <\/span><\/em>

For a chance to win a year of our Mastery Program, we asked our students to upload reviews of the <\/span><b><i>Become a <span id=\"urn:text-annotation-0d345ea6-4b11-4851-be4b-bf7292bb757c\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-other\" itemid=\"http:\/\/what-is.healthcoachinstitute.com\/hci\/enhancedcategory\/health_coach\">Health Coach<\/span><\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span> program to YouTube.<\/p>\n<h2><b>We\u2019re so excited today to introduce you to our winner and BHC grad, Libbie Lewis!<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Libbie is a graduate of our\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BHC February 2018<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> class. She\u2019s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">working toward building a practice where she can help women quit dieting and start living again. To learn more about Libbie, read her Q&A below! <\/span><br \/><b>Tell us a little about yourself, Libbie!<\/b><br \/><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I live in Tallahassee, FL with my husband of one year. When I started BHC we had been married one month, and I was studying for my Masters in music performance at Florida State University. I continue to play with three professional orchestras in the area. I still don\u2019t know what kind of coach I am! I\u2019m still so green (I have had one paying client so far) so I\u2019m still figuring it out! I have a passion to help women QUIT dieting and start living again, so that is what I\u2019ve been thinking to start with. <\/span><\/em><br \/><b>When did your journey with HCI start and what has been your favorite part?<\/b><br \/><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My journey with HCI started almost exactly a year ago. I have loved all the support, holy cow! There are so many resources, so many opportunities for growth and I love that. I love that, even though I don\u2019t personally have a coach (yet), I FEEL like I do. I\u2019ve felt supported, loved, and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stretched. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019m going outside of my comfort zone, continually, from the inspiration I get from every platform that HCI uses: the website itself, the Facebook page, YouTube videos, emails, the list goes on.<\/span><\/em><br \/><b>Is your coaching business up and running?<\/b><br \/><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I am in the <\/span><strong>very<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> starting stages. I have one client, I just took the leap and made a business Facebook page, and have been giving a free ladies\u2019 health class to the women at my church. It is scary and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hard<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> but so rewarding. HCI continues to inspire me to not quit, even when I\u2019m uncomfortable.<\/span><\/em><br \/><b>Why did you want to win the Mastery Program?<\/b><br \/><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I <\/span><strong>so<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> wanted to continue on to the Mastery Program. It\u2019s written in my planner as one of my goals for 2019! I had no idea how it would be possible for my husband and me, so when I saw the review challenge I said \u201cYES! I am entering.\u201d I want to be more confident in my coaching skills. I <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">love<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em> to learn. I want to create a lifestyle that I am passionate about, that gives me freedom, that lights me up. <span id=\"urn:text-annotation-56844e7a-1d3b-4587-9d08-52246b0f1a80\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-other wl-link\" itemid=\"http:\/\/what-is.healthcoachinstitute.com\/hci\/enhancedcategory\/health_coach\">Health Coaching<\/span> does and can do that for me. And Mastery was, to me, an obvious investment.<\/em> <\/span><br \/><b>What do you hope to get out of the Mastery Program? <\/b><br \/><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I hope to become more assured in my skills as a coach. I want to be stretched. I want growth. I want to learn more about the craft that I have chosen to call my career, calling, and business. <\/span><\/em><br \/><b>Where do you hope to be in a year\u2019s time? <\/b><br \/><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a year\u2019s time, I hope to have multiple 1-1 clients. I hope to have a waitlist for group sessions that I run, and I want to have a bigger following on my <span id=\"urn:text-annotation-5dcc4e73-6943-4c48-8664-068a85ab9c86\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-other wl-link\" itemid=\"http:\/\/what-is.healthcoachinstitute.com\/hci\/enhancedcategory\/health_coach\">Health Coaching<\/span> Facebook Page! Right now those things are scary, exciting, and can sometimes seem impossible.
