This gluten free, yeast free, dairy free, vegan, paleo bread has quickly become one of my favorites. Crunchy on the outside, and chewy on the inside\u2014this one hits all the high notes and more!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"block-yui_3_17_2_1_1514861374791_25886\" class=\"sqs-block html-block sqs-block-html\" data-block-type=\"2\">\n<div class=\"sqs-block-content\">\n<h5><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2434\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn5.healthcoachinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_5647-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2500\" height=\"1338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.healthcoachinstitute.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_5647-1.jpg 2500w, https:\/\/www.healthcoachinstitute.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_5647-1-300x161.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.healthcoachinstitute.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_5647-1-1024x548.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.healthcoachinstitute.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_5647-1-768x411.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.healthcoachinstitute.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_5647-1-1536x822.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.healthcoachinstitute.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_5647-1-2048x1096.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2500px) 100vw, 2500px\" \/><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Ingredients :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 cup Buckwheat Flour<br \/>1\/3 Cup Rice Flour<br \/>1\/3 Cup Flax and Chia Seed blend (Carrington Farms) (to sprinkle on top)<br \/>1 1\/2 tsp Xanthin Gum (Bob&#8217;s Red Mill)<br \/>1\/4 tsp salt ( to taste)<br \/>1-2 Tbsp of Cinnamon (to taste)<br \/>2 tsp Baking Powder<br \/>1\/2 tsp Baking Soda<br \/>1 Cup Coconut or Almond Milk<br \/>1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar<br \/>3 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil (may have a little extra to brush the top of the bread before baking)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-heat oven to 375\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, add all dry ingredients and whisk together to evenly distribute.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Add wet ingredients. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Mix just to the point of well combined but do not overtax as the bread will become too dense.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Scoop dough out of bowl and shape into a loaf.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Place on a non-greased baking sheet.\u00a0If desired brush the top with remaining coconut oil and sprinkle with chia\/flax seed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Bake for approximately 20 minutes, then rotate the pan and cook for another 10-15 minutes. (Bread is done when tester is clean ) Bread will form a brown crust and be firm. Allow cooling for approximately 15 minutes before slicing. This gluten free, yeast free, dairy free, vegan, paleo bread has quickly become one of my favorites. Crunchy on the outside, and chewy on the inside\u2014this one hits all the high notes and more!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"block-yui_3_17_2_1_1514861374791_25886\" class=\"sqs-block html-block sqs-block-html\" data-block-type=\"2\">\n<div class=\"sqs-block-content\">\n<h5><strong><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2434\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn5.healthcoachinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_5647-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2500\" height=\"1338\" \/><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Ingredients :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 cup Buckwheat Flour<br \/>1\/3 Cup Rice Flour<br \/>1\/3 Cup Flax and Chia Seed blend (Carrington Farms) (to sprinkle on top)<br \/>1 1\/2 tsp Xanthin Gum (Bob's Red Mill)<br \/>1\/4 tsp salt ( to taste)<br \/>1-2 Tbsp of Cinnamon (to taste)<br \/>2 tsp Baking Powder<br \/>1\/2 tsp Baking Soda<br \/>1 Cup Coconut or Almond Milk<br \/>1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar<br \/>3 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil (may have a little extra to brush the top of the bread before baking)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-heat oven to 375\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, add all dry ingredients and whisk together to evenly distribute.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Add wet ingredients. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Mix just to the point of well combined but do not overtax as the bread will become too dense.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Scoop dough out of bowl and shape into a loaf.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Place on a non-greased baking sheet.\u00a0If desired brush the top with remaining coconut oil and sprinkle with chia\/flax seed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Bake for approximately 20 minutes, then rotate the pan and cook for another 10-15 minutes. (Bread is done when tester is clean ) Bread will form a brown crust and be firm. Allow cooling for approximately 15 minutes before slicing.
