He immediately looked like he was in charge even though he didn\u2019t look the part in what he was wearing. He confidently told me he could help me. He asserted himself with warmth and clarity and proceeded to ask me valuable questions to help me solve my problems with the bill. There was something about the way he handled the situation that made me feel held and confident that my questions had been resolved once I left the store. I walked away from that situation with a sense of clarity, confidence and resolution.\u201d\n<\/i>\nYeah, I hear you say, it\u2019s his job. He\u2019s a sales guy. It\u2019s probably not coming from the heart. All true. Although how do we know\u2026maybe it was coming from his heart?\n\nBut there was something that he did that links directly to <span id=\"urn:text-annotation-b3ab45eb-3a59-45d2-a24a-6a06c910f028\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-other wl-link\" itemid=\"http:\/\/what-is.healthcoachinstitute.com\/hci\/enhancedcategory\/health_coach\">Health Coaches<\/span>\u2019 ultimate success and that is\u2026he\u00a0<strong>owned<\/strong>\u00a0it.\n\nHe\u00a0<strong>owned<\/strong>\u00a0his position as the manager of the Verizon store. He owned that he was there to help. He\u00a0<strong>owned<\/strong>that even if he wasn\u2019t dressed to the max, what he offered was more valuable. He\u00a0<strong>owned<\/strong>\u00a0his confidence. And he\u00a0<strong>owned owning it.\n<\/strong>\nSo that\u2019s the Big \u201cO\u201d that we want to share with you today. Because when you are\u00a0<strong>\u201cowning\u201d it<\/strong>\u00a0and you\u2019re out in the world with the sense that:\n<strong><i>This is me!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>This is what I do!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>This is who I help!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>These are my gifts!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>This is my value!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>This is my offering!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>I own myself!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>I own it!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>I\u2019m owning it!\n<\/i><\/strong>\n\u2026. Then magic happens. Then clients fall at your feet. Money flows. He immediately looked like he was in charge even though he didn\u2019t look the part in what he was wearing. He confidently told me he could help me. He asserted himself with warmth and clarity and proceeded to ask me valuable questions to help me solve my problems with the bill. There was something about the way he handled the situation that made me feel held and confident that my questions had been resolved once I left the store. I walked away from that situation with a sense of clarity, confidence and resolution.\u201d\n<\/i>\nYeah, I hear you say, it\u2019s his job. He\u2019s a sales guy. It\u2019s probably not coming from the heart. All true. Although how do we know\u2026maybe it was coming from his heart?\n\nBut there was something that he did that links directly to <span id=\"urn:text-annotation-b3ab45eb-3a59-45d2-a24a-6a06c910f028\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-other wl-link\" itemid=\"http:\/\/what-is.healthcoachinstitute.com\/hci\/enhancedcategory\/health_coach\">Health Coaches<\/span>\u2019 ultimate success and that is\u2026he\u00a0<strong>owned<\/strong>\u00a0it.\n\nHe\u00a0<strong>owned<\/strong>\u00a0his position as the manager of the Verizon store. He owned that he was there to help. He\u00a0<strong>owned<\/strong>that even if he wasn\u2019t dressed to the max, what he offered was more valuable. He\u00a0<strong>owned<\/strong>\u00a0his confidence. And he\u00a0<strong>owned owning it.\n<\/strong>\nSo that\u2019s the Big \u201cO\u201d that we want to share with you today. Because when you are\u00a0<strong>\u201cowning\u201d it<\/strong>\u00a0and you\u2019re out in the world with the sense that:\n<strong><i>This is me!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>This is what I do!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>This is who I help!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>These are my gifts!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>This is my value!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>This is my offering!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>I own myself!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>I own it!<\/i><\/strong>\n<strong><i>I\u2019m owning it!\n<\/i><\/strong>\n\u2026. Then magic happens. Then clients fall at your feet. Money flows.
