For anyone who wanted to be there but couldn\u2019t or plans to be at the next tribe gathering asap, this post is for you.<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2127\" src=\"https:\/\/www.healthcoachinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/IMG_4974-300x300.png\" \/><br \/>\nAs <span id=\"urn:text-annotation-913f8346-6e37-401b-89b7-5d17e51ba97d\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-other wl-link\" itemid=\"http:\/\/what-is.healthcoachinstitute.com\/hci\/enhancedcategory\/health_coach\">Health Coaches<\/span>, our greatest gift is to hold our clients\u2019 vision for themselves as their truest, bravest selves as already happening. This means that whatever it is they wish to accomplish, we are already holding it for them as true. We are seeing their future selves before they have even embraced it. This is the superpower of coaching!<br \/>\nBut for us to be able to do that, our clients need to have a dream, a goal, a vision, a seed, a hope of stepping into their greater selves. So we\u2019re giving this post a lot of white space to let it breathe as you feel into the truth of these questions? (You\u2019ll notice they all lead to the same answer but feel into which one most resonates with you and go with that one!)<br \/>\n<strong>WHO IS THE NEW YOU?<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>WHO DO YOU DARE TO BE?<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE EXPERIENCED BY OTHERS?<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nFor example, on a Facebook Live conversation between Stacey and Carey, Stacey asked Carey how she wants to be experienced in her home life or off-stage life and Carey said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cI want to be experienced as a badass.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201cIt\u2019s a great reminder to myself that I have accomplished a few things career-wise\u2026That I have a level of mastery and expertise in those areas even if being a mom and having a family feels out of my depth. What I want is to walk into a room and have people go, \u2018Yeah, she\u2019s a badass,\u2019 instead of walking into a room with peanut butter stained yoga pants!\u201d<\/em><br \/>\nStudents responded with their own desires and here are a few that we captured<br \/>\n<strong><em>I want to be respected for my true silly self\u2026<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><em>I want to be experienced authentically\u2026<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><em>I want to be experienced as a powerhouse\u2026<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><em>I want to be taken seriously as an equal\u2026<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nNow it\u2019s your turn. If you were to walk into a room full of people who are witnessing the new you, who is the new you? Who do you dare to be? For anyone who wanted to be there but couldn\u2019t or plans to be at the next tribe gathering asap, this post is for you.<\/h3>\n<img class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2127\" src=\"https:\/\/www.healthcoachinstitute.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/IMG_4974-300x300.png\" \/>\nAs <span id=\"urn:text-annotation-913f8346-6e37-401b-89b7-5d17e51ba97d\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-other wl-link\" itemid=\"http:\/\/what-is.healthcoachinstitute.com\/hci\/enhancedcategory\/health_coach\">Health Coaches<\/span>, our greatest gift is to hold our clients\u2019 vision for themselves as their truest, bravest selves as already happening. This means that whatever it is they wish to accomplish, we are already holding it for them as true. We are seeing their future selves before they have even embraced it. This is the superpower of coaching!\nBut for us to be able to do that, our clients need to have a dream, a goal, a vision, a seed, a hope of stepping into their greater selves. So we\u2019re giving this post a lot of white space to let it breathe as you feel into the truth of these questions? (You\u2019ll notice they all lead to the same answer but feel into which one most resonates with you and go with that one!)\n<strong>WHO IS THE NEW YOU?<\/strong>\n<strong>WHO DO YOU DARE TO BE?<\/strong>\n<strong>HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE EXPERIENCED BY OTHERS?<\/strong>\n&nbsp;\nFor example, on a Facebook Live conversation between Stacey and Carey, Stacey asked Carey how she wants to be experienced in her home life or off-stage life and Carey said:\n<blockquote><em>\u201cI want to be experienced as a badass.\u201d<\/em><\/blockquote>\n<em>\u201cIt\u2019s a great reminder to myself that I have accomplished a few things career-wise\u2026That I have a level of mastery and expertise in those areas even if being a mom and having a family feels out of my depth. What I want is to walk into a room and have people go, \u2018Yeah, she\u2019s a badass,\u2019 instead of walking into a room with peanut butter stained yoga pants!\u201d<\/em>\nStudents responded with their own desires and here are a few that we captured\n<strong><em>I want to be respected for my true silly self\u2026<\/em><\/strong>\n&nbsp;\n<strong><em>I want to be experienced authentically\u2026<\/em><\/strong>\n&nbsp;\n<strong><em>I want to be experienced as a powerhouse\u2026<\/em><\/strong>\n&nbsp;\n<strong><em>I want to be taken seriously as an equal\u2026<\/em><\/strong>\n&nbsp;\nNow it\u2019s your turn. If you were to walk into a room full of people who are witnessing the new you, who is the new you? Who do you dare to be?
