To kick off we’re sharing with you a super simple high energy food recipe straight from our very own co-founder Stacey Morgenstern’s 12 Superfood Recipes That Changed My Life Ebook!

You know that high energy begins, but doesn’t end, with the food you eat. It’s also about having a positive mindset, getting fresh air, giving and getting love and hugs from your Tribe and your peeps and reframing your old limiting beliefs to new endless possibility beliefs!

But since it begins with the food you eat, why not start your day with something delicious, something nutritious that is simple to prepare and super high on energy so you can literally jump headfirst into your sunshine-y day!

And what better way to start your summer’s day that with a pure fruit blend with your fave high energy ultra mineral green powder for that extra boost of ENERGY!

Mango-Banana Green Thang

 1/2 ripe mango, peeled and seeded.

• 1-2 frozen ripe bananas, (peel them before freezing!)

• 1-2 teaspoons Vita-mineral Green powder (or substitute your favorite quality green powder) 

Peel and freeze ripe bananas in a plastic freezer bag. Ripe banana skins have no green, they have black or brown specks. Freeze a minimum of 8 hours. Depending upon your freezer it may take at least 12 hours. In a blender combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add water if you prefer a thinner consistency.

* Feel free to add your fave other boosters for kicks such as:

  • A squeeze of lime
  • Nuts
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Leafy greens
