Advanced Health Coach Certification

The Advanced Health Coach Certification is an NBHWC-accredited program designed to be completed in 12 weeks, 100% online, through a blend of flexible scheduling and required live sessions. Students typically dedicate 7 to 9 hours per week, and the program can be completed in as little as three months.

The Advanced Health Coach Certification is designed for those ready to take their coaching career to the next level. You’ll gain mastery in advanced motivational interviewing, deepen your expertise in behavior change science, and learn HCI’s signature Empowered Well-Being System built on the 8 Dimensions of Wellness. You’ll also participate in required live sessions, coaching labs, and personalized mentorship from board-certified instructors, ensuring you graduate with real-world confidence and are eligible to sit for the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching exam, the gold standard in the health coaching field.

This advanced pathway also includes HCI’s Job Guarantee. Once you complete the program, earn your certification, sit for the board exam within one year, and apply to at least three qualifying employers within six months, we guarantee you’ll secure a role in the field or receive your tuition back.
