HCI Live Update

At Health Coach Institute, the health—and safety—of our tribe is our greatest priority.

Which is why we’ve made the decision to transition this spring’s HCI Live to an online experience. It’s the right thing to do as we face the uncertainty of how the coronavirus could impact us all.

We’re incredibly thankful for each and every one of you, and your willingness to commit to yourself, your growth, and your tribe. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and are here to help with next steps.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Your seat deposit and Spark Pass (if you purchased one) will be refunded back to you within the next month. If you do not see a credit on your account, please contact support@healthcoachinsitute.com.
  2. You will need to contact Le Meridien or Sheraton Charlotte to cancel your hotel reservations. To speak to Le Meridien, please call: 704-372-9610. If you need to speak to the Sheraton (Le Meridien’s sister hotel), please call: 877-822-3224.
  3. If you booked a flight, you will need to contact your airline as soon as possible to cancel. You can review this article from Airfarewatchdog, which has the most up-to-date refund policies by airline.

We don’t want this to be a total loss for our tribe, and we’re currently working on a special, one-of-a-kind virtual experience for you. We promise it will bring the transformation, fun, and inspiration you expect from HCI.
