So You’ve Signed Up, What’s Next? 

1. Join Your Tribe 🙂

• Make a request to join the group and our admins will let you in shortly! In the meantime, check out your guidebook and begin setting your intentions so you can share them with us once you’re in the group

2. Create Accountability

• Invite a BHC Tribe member to join you and become your accountability partner

3. Get Prepped

• Read through your Cleanse Guidebook – This guide will appear in your inbox roughly one week prior to the start of the cleanse. Depending on how early you have registered for the cleanse you may or may not be waiting for this guide. Please hold tight for the time being and continue to invite tribe member’s to join you in this cleanse

• Clear out any tempting pantry clutter (Don’t worry we will also be covering this in week 1!)

• Get some high-energy #noms stocked up in your kitchen

We simply cannot wait to begin this journey with you! Remember, the cleanse officially begins on Monday, May 7th!
