Melissa McLane is an inspirational coach that empowers clients to radically change their limited belief systems so that they can live a life of purpose, love, and passion. I am a mentor, and cheerleader, and a teacher. I see where you light is out and co-create a plan with you so that you shine brightly. I touch your heart with the gift of hope. It has been Melissa’s passion to motivate and inspire women through events, seminars, coaching and many other opportunities. Coaching is a journey of self-discovery, deep soul searching, finding one’s self, learning new lessons, and being dealt cards that will push you to your boundaries.
As a health coach I will work with you to demystify weight loss and find ways to increase your energy naturally. The one size fits all approach is not effective for most of us. As a health coach I have a system to unlock your unique code for optimal health and wellness. This system allows me to meet you wherever you are on your health and wellness journey. Along with this system I also provide you with the right support and accountability needed to achieve your health goals.
My years of experience practicing medicine as a physician assistant, combined with a passion for helping others, extensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition and training as a health coach creates a recipe for inevitable success for my clients.
As a health coach I do not diagnose or manage disease, prescribe medication or interfere with your doctor’s recommendations. I do not offer quick fix, non sustainable solutions to health challenges. What I do offer is longterm sustainable solutions to help facilitate lifetime habit and lifestyle changes resulting in optimal health.
Health coaching has the power to transform a person’s body, health and life. Health coaching helps you find what’s right for your unique body. Health coaching stretches you to achieve goals you never thought were possible. Health coaching is the best gift you could ever give your body, mind and soul.

As a life coach for Insomniacs, this is where my approach is radically different. It is of the highest priority for me to help you experience a higher quality life, before you actually start sleeping better and not the other way around.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ME: A system with a beginning, middle, and end, specifically designed to achieve wins, anticipate challenges, and be able to coach around obstacles. Support you will not receive outside of a coaching relationship. This means encouragement when you are stuck, but it also means challenging you in a way that no one else is willing to. My commitment to being a coach who will help you create a vision of the most powerful version of you, and believe in this vision until you can yourself. I will remind you of the changes you have committed to and hold you accountable to step into this best version of yourself. Life is too short to approach it any other way.
I help free my clients from body shame and food fixation without dieting, deprivation or militant exercise.
With this new found freedom, they are able to step into the truth of who they are, expressing themselves like never before. With the relentless demands of work and life responsibilities, what people are doing to try to love and nourish our bodies is no longer working and we’re looking for something greater.
Sometimes people don’t know what to do to nourish their bodies, but more often it’s that we’re stuck in a rut and don’t know how to get out of it. 95% of our behavior occurs out of habit, either unconsciously or in reaction to external demands. That’s why we struggle to make changes that last. Even when the need for change is obvious and our intentions are strong, we often fall short.
The reason that this happens is because we are missing 3 key ingredients that hold this all together. The right system that works for your unique body, the right support and the right accountability.
Without the right support and accountability, this dysfunctional cycle will continue and in many cases get worse.
That’s where health coaches like me come in, to provide the right SYSTEM, SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY so you can begin to prioritize your digestion and health and begin to feel amazing in your body.

Susan’s health journey began in reaction to serious personal health issues and accelerated in response to the common frustrations of being overweight and tired. Through working with a health coach, she experienced a return to her skinny jeans and vibrant health.
Looking to “pay it forward,” Susan decided to become a health coach, herself, and trained extensively at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition– the world’s largest nutrition school.
Soon thereafter, she began working with close friends and family members. With Susan’s guidance, these early clients attained similar personal health successes after following many of the same principles.
Inspired by these early accomplishments, Susan began Skinny Jeans Health Coaching, providing holistic health and nutrition coaching tailored to the specific needs of her growing client base.
Mikes background and training as a health educator and successful administrator and Sheri’s training and experience as a Registered Nurse provide a solid set of skills to assist in our Life Executive, Relationship and Health coaching. We have both pursued the choice to stay healthy as a lifestyle and have been active in the field of wellness for years. We found each other later in life and have experienced the type of marriage that we both dreamed about and have decided to share that with other couples and singles with our new relationship coaching.
We are excited to announce our Epic Love Coaching experience that we do together to guide couples into an “Epic Love” in their marriages and Sheri has added her “Bringing in the Love You Desire” program for single women wanting to have that special committed love relationship with a man.
It is our passion to share with people the benefits of getting and staying healthy, reducing stress, experiencing a new level of success in life & business and having Epic Love in marriage and all relationships!
As an Integrative Nutrition Coach, I look at the human body as the sum of many parts. My job is to identify the areas that are lacking attention and thus causing discomfort or ‘dis’ease. An unknown food sensitivity or too much time spent sitting behind a computer can have a domino effect on your entire well being. By treating you as a whole person, nourishing your body with whole foods, removing toxins and even managing stress – we are taking care of the underlying causes of weight-gain, fatigue, inflammation and hormonal imbalances.
I work with my clients to guide, support and educate them on nutrition and simple lifestyle changes that can assist in attaining your ‘true’ or optimal health. In doing so, we create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. I don’t believe in diets so my approach is to discover what works best for you and your body at this point in your life. We will make gradual, individualized, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
As a supportive mentor, an inspirational cheerleader and your wellness authority, I want nothing more than for you to feel your best and move into your golden years with confidence, vitality and radiance.

Juan is an ACSM certified personal trainer, a certified health coach through the Health Coach Institute, an ANBF Masters Physique Pro, as well as an international best selling author. He brings into the fitness environment, 20 years of experience in education and public speaking. An experienced personal trainer, Juan enjoys working one on one with clients as well as small group settings.
A veteran of the United State Marine Corps, Juan understands the importance of fitness as well as the discipline required to maintain achievements.
As a health coach, Juan is adept at using transformational coaching skills in the development of habit formation. Guiding the client through stages of self-awareness and the implementation of strategies that lead to long term success.
