Clearly, the field of coaching is growing—great news for those of us working to make the world a healthier and happier place. When looking at salaries, however, it’s important to note that income can vary widely, depending on factors that affect Life Coach salaries, like how long you’ve been coaching, where you live, and whether or not you’re certified. The truth is, you can make a lot more—or a lot less—than the average figure mentioned above depending on your experience, location, and the services or products you offer.
Certified Life Coach Salary vs. Uncertified
As of now,is an unregulated industry in which virtually anyone can claim to be an expert. However, according to that same 2016 ICF study, the majority of people and organizations who work with coaches expect them to have completed some of type of certificate or credentialing program.
